一、电话前准备工作

同之前准备工作一致，通过行业网站、新闻资讯、海关数据、社媒平台等渠道，了解目标市场和客户情况，获取关键人联系方式，并在电话前 1 - 2 天发送邮件预热 。

电话开发客户前，需做好背调、信息收集等准备工作。面对不同身份客户，要用简洁高效的话术切入。以下是针对采购、RDM、CEO 的中英文话术 SOP 全流程。

（一）针对采购

询问需求：贵司目前从中国采购相关产品吗？年采购量大概多少？在中国有几家供应商？对价格和质量有哪些要求？

获取联系方式：方便告知采购决策负责人联系方式吗？便于后续沟通。

邮件与邀约：稍后发邮件同步信息，您是否需要报价？我们 5 月参加意大利米兰展，诚邀您参观或安排拜访。

英文话术

（二）针对 RDM（产品研发经理）
